They kept everything in line with the sellers, as well as helping guide the lender through the finer points of what it would take to get us financed on the property. 30 crazy days later we had the keys and were excited to be homeowners again in a place that is unlike any other. They did indeed sell our home by marketing creatively-not 'just listing'. Both the buyers and ourselves were very happy with the outcome! When we decided to work with a real estate agent, we wanted to make sure that they had good communication skills, patience, and marketing expertise.
